PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed nursing system capable of detecting the presence of turn-over, a fall from a bed, or apnea or hyperpnea with more accuracy and simpler system configuration than the prior art.SOLUTION: The bed nursing system includes a Doppler sensor 1 detecting the phase difference between irradiation waves and reflected waves a timer 2 a detecting unit 3 derives the moving time, speed and direction of a nursed object from the phase difference between the irradiation waves and reflected waves and time an arithmetic unit 4 which derives the moving period and amount of the nursed object from the moving speed and direction of the nursed object a signal processing unit 5 detecting abnormality of the nursed object from information provided from the Doppler sensor 1, the detecting unit 3 and the arithmetic unit 4 and outputting a notification command and a notifying unit 6 for giving an alarm upon receiving the notification command.
