The dental device having screw less implant-abutment interlocking with suspension element is disclosed herein above. The suspension element provides minimal bone loss and increase the implant life by distributing physiological forces acting directly on bones around the implant. It also lessens rigidity in the teeth movements. The dental device consists of implant (5), abutment (1) and the suspension element (4). The implant and abutment both are having locking components, slots (11,11") and fingers (2, 2") which interconnect with each other with the help of tightening screw. The suspension element sited in the cavity made in implant (5) and abutment (1).
