The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating orofacial pain, which comprises resveratrol and sulforaphane as effective components. According to the present invention, the resveratrol and sulforaphane, when administered together, inhibit secretion of IL-6 or IL-1β related to pain； and inhibit expression of nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2 (Nrf2 or NFE2L2), inducible nitric oxide synthases (iNOS), or NADPH oxidase 4 (Nox4), and thus may be beneficially used in the prevention or treatment of orofacial pain.본 발명은 레스베라트롤(resveratrol) 및 설포라판(sulforaphane)을 유효성분으로 포함하는 구강안면통증(orofacial pain)의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 상기 레스베라트롤 및 설포라판을 병행하여 투여한 경우 통증과 관련된 IL-6 또는 IL-1β의 분비량을 억제시키고, Nrf2(또는 NFE2L2: Nuclear factor (erythroid-derived 2)-like 2), iNOS(inducible nitric oxide synthases) 또는 Nox4(NADPH oxidase 4)의 발현량을 억제시킴으로써 구강안면통증(orofacial pain)의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
