PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material of mixed feed for fish breeding using a vegetable raw material containing fibers in which a fiber content is reduced so that quite carnivorous fishes can easily digest, wherein the CP content is improved than a vegetable raw material and to provide a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A raw material of mixed feed for fish breeding is produced by fermenting a vegetable raw material containing fibers with a non-selective white-rot fungus that has been considered to have low utility value in the study of lignin degradation technique, wherein lignin is degraded and at the same time cellulose, hemicellulose, and the like are also non-selectively degraded. Thereby, the raw material of mixed feed for fish breeding becomes the raw material in which lignin derived from vegetable raw material is not only degraded but cellulose and hemicellulose are also degraded, resulting in advanced glycation in which the fiber content is reduced so that quite carnivorous fishes can easily digest.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】繊維質を含む植物性の素材を用いて、肉食性が強い魚にとって消化しやすいように繊維質含量が低減され、植物性の素材よりもCP含量が向上した養魚用の配合飼料の原料及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】リグニンの分解技術の研究で利用価値が低いとされてきた非選択的白色腐朽菌を用いて、繊維質を含む植物性の素材を発酵処理することにより、リグニンを分解すると同時に、セルロースやヘミセルロース等も非選択的に分解され、製造された養魚用の配合飼料の原料は、植物性の素材由来のリグニンが分解されただけでなく、セルロースやヘミセルロースも分解されて糖化が進んだものになり、肉食性が強い魚にとって消化しやすいように繊維質含量が低減されたものとなる。【選択図】なし
