The present invention relates to a stick with a detachable pill bottle. Specifically, the stick with a detachable pill bottle comprises a pipe； a buffer part combined with the lower end of the pipe； a handle part combined with the upper end of the pipe and gripped by a user； a pill bottle body attached and detached on the surface of one end of the handle part by an attaching and detaching member； and a reflection plate formed on the surface of the other end of the handle part.
