An intraluminal device comprising a self-expanding stent (13) having a first and a second end, said device being provided with a coating (15) on at least a part of the stent, said ends having a compacted state for insertion into a conduit body and an expanded state, where each of said ends has a release filament that can be operated individually by applying tension to make the end unfold from the compacted state to the expanded state, where said first end is retained in the state compacted by a first retention liner (14) that can be deployed individually from the compacted state to the expanded state by a first release filament (16A) configured to release said first retention liner, and where said second end is retained in the compacted state by a second ret liner ención (14) that can be deployed individually from the compacted state to the expanded state by means of a second release filament (16B) configured to release said second retention liner, where the deployment starts at the ends and advances towards the longitudinal part central of the device, and in which the first release filament extends from the first end towards a central longitudinal part of said intraluminal device, and the second filament extends from the second end towards the central longitudinal part of said intraluminal device, and the filaments extend from the central longitudinal part towards respective end portions (19) allowing the application of tension to start the deployment; and wherein each retention liner is released from the respective end by applying tension to the respective filament end portion (19).Un dispositivo intraluminal que comprende un estent autoexpandible (13) que presenta un primer y un segundo extremo, estando dotado dicho dispositivo de un recubrimiento (15) sobre al menos una parte del estent, presentando dichos extremos un estado compactado para la inserción en un conducto corporal y un estado expandido, donde cada uno de dichos extremos presenta un filamento de libe
