The invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition containing fosfomycin tromethamol, a compound being selected from the group consisting of sodium citrate, sodium hydrogen citrate, sodium carbonate, sodium hydrogencarbonate, arginine, lysine or a mixture thereof as well as suitable auxiliary compositions for pharmaceutical use.
