PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition with a small permanent compression set.SOLUTION: The rubber composition is obtained by adding 40-80 pts.mass of a rubber component to 100 pts.mass of a dynamic crosslinking type thermoplastic elastomer, and subjecting the rubber component to dynamical crosslinking while mixing the dynamic crosslinking type thermoplastic elastomer and the rubber component. In the dynamic crosslinking type thermoplastic elastomer, the rubber component thereof is an isobutylene-based rubber, and the thermoplastic component thereof is a polyolefin-based resin.
