The present invention relates to an antibacterial transparent film which comprises a plastic base and a curable resin layer that is laminated on at least one surface of the plastic base. The curable resin layer contains an antibacterial agent that has an average particle diameter of 0.5-100 nm, and the surface of the curable resin layer has an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of less than 0.1 μm as measured in accordance with JIS B0601-1982. The present invention is able to provide: an antibacterial transparent film which exerts a sufficient antibacterial effect and has excellent transparency； and an antibacterial adhesive sheet which is provided with the antibacterial transparent film.La présente invention concerne un film transparent antibactérien qui comprend une base de matière plastique et une couche de résine durcissable qui est stratifiée sur au moins une surface de la base de matière plastique.
