PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image processor, a method thereof and a program by which three or more radiation images having overlapped areas can be stuck precisely to each other.
SOLUTION: From respective three or more radiation images which have the overlapped areas between the images and in which two or more markers are included in the case of photographing in the respective overlapped areas, the respective markers are detected. Based on detected marker information, the positional relation of the overlapped areas at each of the two or more radiation images is discriminated. In the respective discriminated overlapped areas, the radiation images are moved so that the positions of the respective detected markers may coincide with each other. The two or more positioned radiation images are integrated.
