A sowing system and a sowing method are provided. The sowing system includes a main container, a stirring apparatus with variable stirring speed, a transmission tube and a peristaltic pump. The main container contains seeds and liquid medium. The seeds contained in the container correspond to a predetermined weight, and the liquid medium contained in the container corresponds to a predetermined volume. The stirring apparatus stirs the liquid medium and the seeds in the main container according to a first revolution setting.
