The present invention relates to an air pocket-type massage device. More specifically, the present invention relates to an air pocket-type massage device which includes: a bed part (100) supporting the body portion of a user； a massage module (200) disposed in the bed part (100) and comprising a plurality of air pockets: and a position adjustment unit (300) disposed in the bed part (100) and altering the position of the massage module (200).
