A biometric signal monitoring system is provided. The biometric signal monitoring system comprises an electronic patch attached to a biometric skin to measure a biometric signal and a control unit configured to control the electronic patch. The control unit can include a biometric signal control unit, a biometric signal transceiving unit, and a power supply unit. The electronic patch may include: a body portion having first and second surfaces which face each other a dry bonding structure including a bonding portion arranged on the first surface and an electronic device arranged on the second surface. The bonding portion can have a ring-shaped section in a direction parallel with the first surface.
