PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an osteosynthetic implant for keeping a corrosion resistance for a long term till a bone union sufficiently advances, and for performing a quick biodegradation by degrading the corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: An osteosynthetic implant 1 comprises: a substrate 2 made of magnesium or a magnesium alloy and a ceramic cover film 3 formed on the surface of said substrate 2 and containing magnesium.
