An exercise assisting apparatus according to one embodiment comprises: a proximal mounting part mounted on a proximal portion of a user； a distal mounting part mounted on a distal portion of the user； a force motion module relatively moving the proximal and distal parts； and an elastic module disposed between the proximal and distal mounting parts for applying tensile force between the proximal and distal parts.
