The present invention relates to a seating hole for having a heating device and a heating device having non-powered heating material. To this end, the seating hole for having a heating device enables a heat transfer material to be stored in a seating holder. The heat transfer material has a hollow unit for convection of air. The hollow unit has a heat storage diffusion board to prevent rapid heat transfer and induce the convection. An opening hole is formed in a lower portion to have the heating device. At least one discharge hole is formed to discharge the air of the hollow unit. The seating holder has an opening and closing unit to store the heat transfer material. An exposure hole is formed at a corresponding position so that the opening hole can be exposed to the outside.
