PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image conversion panel that can reduce damages by use and can be used in a curved state.SOLUTION: A radiation image conversion panel 10 includes a flexible support 1, a photostimulable phosphor layer 2 disposed on a surface 1a of the support 1 and comprising a plurality of columnar crystals 25, a first protective film 3 disposed on the photostimulable phosphor layer 2, and a second protective film 4 disposed on the first protective film 3. The photostimulable phosphor layer 2 is composed of a photostimulable phosphor comprising CsBr doped with Eu. The first protective film 3 covers an upper face 2a and a side face 2c of the photostimulable phosphor layer 2. The second protective film 4 has a pencil hardness scale equal to or lower than a pencil hardness scale of the first protective film 3.
