摘要：: The present invention discloses a block copolymer comprising non-charged hydrophilic polymer chain blocks and cationic polyamino acid chain blocks. In the said copolymer, hydrophilic polymer chain blocks bind to any one of ends of main chains of the said polyamino acid chain blocks by means of covalent bonds, and in the said polyamino acid chain blocks, 10 percent and more to 70 percent and less of the amino acid repeating units bind to hydrophobic groups on side chains by means of covalent bonds. The said copolymer and small nucleic acid (siRNA) to form associated body which is stable in physical condition is provided.本發明揭示含有非電荷性親水性聚合物鏈嵌段及陽離子性聚胺基酸鏈嵌段所組成之嵌段共聚物。該共聚物係於該聚胺基酸鏈嵌段之主鏈之任一者之末端上藉由共價鍵結合親水性聚合物鏈嵌段,且,該聚胺基酸鏈嵌段中胺基酸重複單位10百分比以上至70百分比以下於側鏈上藉由共價鍵結合疏水性基。提供該共聚物與小分子核酸siRNA於生理條件下為安定的會合體。
