PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taste improver for a sweetener of high sweetness, effectively suppressing a disagreeable aftertaste peculiar to the sweetener of high sweetness with a small added amount without changing the original flavor of food and drink or an oral hygiene product.SOLUTION: A burdock extract is added to the food and drink or the oral hygiene product containing the sweetener of high sweetness.
