The present invention relates to an anticancer composition comprising a tumor-specific oncolytic adenovirus and an immune checkpoint inhibitor. The recombinant adenovirus having IL-12 and shVEGF, or IL-12 and GM-CSF-Relaxin inserted therein, according to the present invention, exhibits an excellent anticancer effect by enhancing immune functions, and such anticancer effect has been confirmed to be notably enhanced through concomitant administration with an immune checkpoint inhibitor, and thus the present invention may be used as a key technique in the field of cancer treatment.La présente invention concerne une composition anticancéreuse comprenant un adénovirus oncolytique spécifique d'une tumeur et un inhibiteur de point de contrôle immunitaire. L'adénovirus recombinant, dans lequel ont été insérés de l'IL-12 et du shVEGF, ou de IL-12 et du GM-CSF-relaxine, selon la présente invention, présente un excellent effet anticancéreux en renforçant les fonctions immunitaires, et il a été confirmé que cet effet anticancéreux était notamment amélioré par l'administration concomitante d'un inhibiteur de point de contrôle immunitaire. La présente invention peut en conséquence être utilisée comme technique clé dans le domaine du traitement du cancer.본 발명은 종양 특이적 살상 아데노바이러스 및 면역 관문 억제제를 포함하는 항암용 조성물에 관한 것이다. IL-12 및 shVEGF, 또는 IL-12 및 GM-CSF-Relaxin이 도입된, 본 발명의 재조합 아데노 바이러스는 면역 기능을 향상시켜 우수한 항암 효과를 나타내고, 이러한 항암 효과는 면역 관문 억제제와의 병용을 통해 현저하게 증진됨을 확인할 수 있었는바, 본 발명은 암 치료 분야의 핵심기술로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
