The invention relates to the development of a system for delivering vaccines cutaneously. The invention relates more particularly to the use of a device comprising a condensation compartment for epicutaneous immunisation. The invention also relates to epicutaneous immunisation protocols for obtaining an effective immune response without treatment of the skin. The invention can be used in any mammal, preferably in human beings, for inducing a therapeutic or preventive immune response against any type of antigen.Linvention concerne le développement dun système de délivrance de vaccins par voie cutanée.
