PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling and/or feedback controlling a medical driving device driven by a compressed gas, and such driving device.SOLUTION: Embodiments of the present invention pertain to the method for controlling and/or feedback controlling a medical, in particular dental treatment, driving device 1 that is driven by the compressed gas, and a controller and/or a feedback controller 5 for carrying out such method. In the method in a first embodiment, an impeller 2 of the driving device is basically operated at a constant revolution number n1 by adjusting a gas pressure and/or a flow rate of the compressed gas with the use of a valve 4, and when a pressure value p2 of the compressed gas, which is lower than a maximum pressure value pmax of the compressed gas, is reached, the revolution number is reduced.
