A dental apparatus is disclosed. The dental apparatus can comprise a pressurewave generator to be disposed at atreatment region of a tooth. The pressure wave generator can include anopening to deliver a flowable filling material to thetreatment region. The apparatus can include a reservoir for supplying thefilling material to the pressure wave generator. The pressurewave generator can be configured to generate pressure waves through thetreatment region to cause the filling material tosubstantially fill the treatment region.
