The present invention relates to a dental ceramic ingot using lithium disilicate and a manufacturing method of the same. The dental ceramic ingot comprises: a first composition for assigning a high intensity characteristic and uniformity of a color pigment as a composition with a lithium disilicate crystal phase； a second composition for lowering a coefficient of thermal expansion, keeping a softening temperature, and securing various thermal expansion sections； a third composition for controlling transparency, and adjusting a softening temperature and a melting temperature； a color composition for acquiring a natural tooth； a metal nitride for improving binding power of an oxygen atom and metal； and a specific composition ratio of the first to third compositions, the color composition, and the metal nitride according to a purpose. The present invention can be used for inlay which can be directly casted and pressurized, a crown which can build a porcelain or ceramic ingot, and a CAD/CAM block which is easy to process.본 발명은 리튬 디실리케이트를 이용하여 치과용 세라믹 잉곳 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 리튬디실리케이트 결정상을 가지는 조성물로서 고강도 특성과 색상안료의 균일성을 부여하는 제1조성물； 열팽창계수를 낮추고 연화온도를 유지하여 다양한 열팽창 구간을 확보하는 제2조성물； 투명도를 제어하면서 연화온도 및 용융온도를 조절하는 제3조성물； 자연치아를 얻기 위한 색상조성물； 산소원자와 금속과의 결합력을 증대시키는 금속질화물； 및 제1 내지 제3조성물 및 , 색상조성물, 금속질화물을 용도에 따라 소정의 조성비를 포함한다.이에 의해, 직접 가압 주조하는 인레이(Inlay)용이나 포세린 또는 세라믹 잉곳을 축성할 수 있는 치관(Crown)용, 그리고 가공성이 용이한 CAD/CAM용 블록용으로 사용할 수 있다.
