Gegenstand der vorliegenden Anmeldung sind kosmetische Zusammensetzungen die durch die Kombination mindestens einer wässrigen Phase, in der ein Siliconelastomer a vorliegt, und mindestens einer Ölphase, in der mindestens ein Siliconelastomer b in einem Silicon-basierten Gel vorliegt, wobei das Gewichtsverhältnis von Siliconelastomer a zu Siliconelastomer b größer als 1 ist, besonders lager- und temperaturstabil sind und einen außergewöhnlich angenehmen sensorischen, insbesondere taktilsensorischen, Eindruck auf der Haut hinterlassen.Cosmetic compositions (I) containing (in a suitable carrrrier) (a) silicone elastomer(s) in the form of an aqueous dispersion or dispersed in the aqueous phase, (b) silicone elastomer(s) in a silicone-based gel, (c) aqueous phase(s) and (d) oil phase(s), in which the weight ratio of (a) to (b) is more than 1.
