PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw and rod-shaped structure having a low profile, cost effective, and rigid properties.SOLUTION: A spine stabilization system 100 includes a connection rod 10, a rod bender, and bone screws 50. The connection rod includes an elongating rounded part, an elongating head part, and a neck part connecting the elongating rounded part with the elongating head part. The rod bender includes an elongating body defining an opening configured and dimensioned so as to receive the connection rod therethrough in a single orientation. The bone screw includes a housing and a screw shaft extending from the housing distally. The housing includes an inner housing and an outer housing slidably surrounding at least a part of the inner housing. The inner housing defines a slot configured and dimensioned so as to releasably fix therein the elongating rounded part of the connection rod.
