PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary storage installation, a plurality of which can be easily constructed, the temporary storage function of which can be maintained for a long time, and has an excellent appearance.SOLUTION: A temporary storage installation W1 has a temporary storage part 40 in which water is received and can be temporarily stored. The temporary storage part 40 includes: a side wall 40b and a bottom surface 40a and a penetration part 47 which is provided in a space surrounded by the side wall 40b so as to vertically penetrate the bottom surface 40a.
