PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent excess suppression when a receiving signal after phasing/addition is multiplied by a gain factor for suppressing unnecessary signal components.SOLUTION: A signal addition part 34 adds a plurality of code data (code bits) in a plurality of element-receiving signals, and generates a coefficient (a) on the basis of the addition values. Further, a coefficient (b) for weaken a suppressing action for the unnecessary signal components is calculated when a transmission focus point and a receiving focus point are given to a weighting table 36. A gain-adjusting coefficient (k) is calculated on the basis of the multiplied result of the coefficient (a) and the coefficient (b), by which, then, the receiving signal is multiplied.
