PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach and detach an artificial nose to/from a cannula, in which the cannula is easily managed even when the artificial nose is detached therefrom and is inconspicuous in a state in which the artificial nose is attached to the cannula.SOLUTION: An artificial nose fitting tool 2 of a cannula 1 comprises a band 3 to be worn to a neck, for fixing the cannula 1 attached to a trachea. A connection belt 5 extends from the cannula part of the band 3, and holds an artificial nose 4 to be attached to the cannula 1 so as to be withdrawn freely, with a pair of holding parts 21 of the connection belt 5 and a positioning hole which is formed therebetween. Since the artificial nose 4 is wrapped with the connection belt 5, a connector of the artificial nose 4 is moved to a position facing a connector 8 of the cannula 1, for fitting.
