The present invention relates to a new method of processing image information obtained from 4D magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and a medical device system thereof. Multiphase collateral imaging (MCI) and dynamic contrast enhancement perfusion imaging (DCE-P) and images applied and derived from them can be obtained by postprocessing of dynamic image information obtained from 4D MRA. The method includes a step of loading 4D MRA image data; a step of storing an image file; a step of outputting a cerebral blood flow image; and a postprocessing step. 본 발명은 4차원 MRA(4-D Magnetic Resonance Angiography)에서 얻은 영상 정보를 처리하는 새로운 방법 및 의료 장치 시스템에 관한 것이다. 4차원 MRA에서 얻은 역동적(dynamic) 영상 정보의 후처리(postprocessing) 과정을 통하여 뇌의 다중시기 곁순환(측부혈류) 영상(MCI, Multiphase Collateral Imaging)과 역동적 조영증강 관류 영상(DCE-P, Dynamic Contrast-Enhanced Perfusion Imaging) 및 이들로부터 응용 및 파생된 영상들을 얻을 수 있다.
