The present invention provides a thread-based adjustment of the position of a wheel with respect to the frame of a wheelchair on a longitudinal, horizontal and also on the vertical axis. More particularly, a wheelchair is disclosed comprising a thread-based adjustment assembly, which is used to connect a wheel axle bearing structure to the frame of the wheelchair. The adjustment assembly does not add substantial weight to the wheelchair and gives a light appearance. Furthermore, no screws and nuts for attaching the assembly to the frame are necessary. Adjustment of the position of the wheel can be achieved on a millimetre scale.La présente invention porte sur un réglage, à base de filetage, de la position dune roue par rapport au cadre dun fauteuil roulant sur un axe longitudinal, horizontal, ainsi que vertical. Plus particulièrement, un fauteuil roulant comporte un ensemble de réglage, à base de filetage, qui est utilisé pour relier une structure de support daxe de roue au cadre du fauteuil roulant. Lensemble de réglage najoute pas de poids sensible au fauteuil roulant et présente un aspect léger. De plus, aucune vis et écrou nest nécessaire pour fixer lensemble au cadre. Lajustement de la position de la roue peut être obtenu sur une échelle millimétrique.
