PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of preventing the circumferential section of the end surface of a tip end opening from being damaged when an intraocular lens is extruded from an insertion apparatus, even when an insertion tube of the intraocular lens insertion apparatus is further reduced in size.SOLUTION: In the intraocular lens insertion apparatus, the end surface of a tip end opening 10j in a tip end section 10a of an insertion tube is an inclined surface that is inclined with respect to a surface M perpendicular to a central axis L of the insertion tube, and the angle of inclination, with respect to the surface M perpendicular to the central axis L of the insertion tube, of the end surface of the tip end opening is larger toward a base end section 101 than toward a tip end section 100.
