It is characterized in that the to-be-cultivated shellfishes can be simultaneously cultivated at different tiers of shelves in the three-dimensional multi-tier shelf-type cultivation field, thus increasing shellfish productivity per unit area. Besides, the cultivation trays made of nylon fabrics can be utilized to automatically cultivate and acquire the shellfishes, and the cultivation trays can be horizontally moved in a cultivation pool by pulling and rolling a plurality of ropes located at each tier of shelves, thus cultivating and acquiring target-sized shellfishes.
