The instant disclosure provides an impregnation apparatus to impregnate a material in a combined medicament. The impregnation apparatus includes a delivery device, a dispensing device, a transmission device, a scraper device, and an impregnated execution device. The scraper moving unit drives the scraper device to calibrating the combined medicament disposed in the receiving unit.
