PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleansing agent composition capable of giving an excellent smooth feeling, prolonging the smooth feeling and suppressing shininess, after cleansing.SOLUTION: A skin cleansing agent composition comprises a higher fatty acid or a higher fatty acid salt, a first silica having an average particle diameter of 0.1 μm or more and being spherical and porous, and a second silica having an average primary particle diameter of 5 nm or more and 100 nm or less.
