The use of an intracellular release system in the manufacture of a medicament for use in the release of at least one bioactive agent inside a cell, where the intracellular release system comprises at least one bioactive agent and a polymeric carrier of drugs with said bioactive agent trapped therein in the aqueous solution, and where the polymeric drug carrier is prepared by means of a polymer composition comprising: (a) an amphiphilic block copolymer consisting of a hydrophilic block and a hydrophobic block wherein said hydrophobic block has a terminal hydroxyl group that is substituted with a tocopherol or cholesterol group, and (b) a poly (lactic acid) derivative having at least one carboxyl group at the end of the polymer； and wherein said bioactive agent trapped in the polymeric drug carrier is at least one selected from the group consisting of nucleic acids, proteins and polypeptides, with the proviso that the polypeptide is not cyclosporine, and is allowed to be released into a cell in a greater amount when the drug carrier comes into contact with said cell.El uso de un sistema de liberación intracelular en la fabricación de un medicamento para su uso en la liberación de al menos un agente bioactivo en el interior de una célula, donde el sistema de liberación intracelular comprende al menos un agente bioactivo y un portador polimérico de fármacos con dicho agente bioactivo atrapado en su interior en la solución acuosa, y donde el portador polimérico de fármaco se prepara por medio de una composición polimérica que comprende: (a) un copolímero de bloques anfífilo que consiste en un bloque hidrófilo y un bloque hidrófobo en el que dicho bloque hidrófobo tiene un grupo hidroxilo terminal que está sustituido con un grupo tocoferol o colesterol, y (b) un derivado de poli(ácido láctico) que tiene al menos un grupo carboxilo en el extremo del polímero； y donde dicho agente bioactivo atrapado en el portador polimérico de fármacos es al menos uno seleccionado del grup
