The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating one or more selected from the group consisting of arthritis, fibrosis, colitis, and transplant rejection, which comprises Lactobacillus acidophilus as an effective component, and to various applications thereof. The composition of the present invention, when using Lactobacillus acidophilus alone, effectively suppresses inflammatory cytokines, has Th17/Treg regulatory ability, and suppresses oxidative stress and apoptosis, and thus shows excellent treatment effects for arthritis, fibrosis, colitis, or transplant rejection. In addition, the composition, when using a calcineurin inhibitor FK506, in combination with the Lactobacillus acidophilus, regulates T cells to suppress immune rejections in alloresponse, and thus is effective in the treatment of transplant rejection and graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), and further may be beneficially used in the industries relating thereto.본 발명은 락토바실러스 아시도필루스를 유효성분으로 포함하는 관절염, 섬유증, 대장염 및 이식 거부 반응으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 예방 또는 치료용 조성물 및 이의 다양한 적용에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 락토바실러스 아시도필루스를 단독으로 이용 시, 효과적으로 염증성 사이토카인을 억제하고, Th17/Treg 조절능을 갖으며 산화 스트레스 및 아폽토시스를 억제하여 관절염, 섬유증, 대장염 또는 이식 거부 반응에 대한 치료 효과가 우수하다. 또한, 상기 락토바실러스 아시도필루스에 칼시뉴린 억제제인 FK506을 병용하여 이용 시, T 세포를 조절하여 동종반응(Alloresponse)에서 면역 거부 반응을 억제시키므로, 이식 거부 반응 및 이식편대숙주병(GVHD,graft-versus-host disease)에 대한 치료가 효과적인 바, 관련 산업에 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
