Opening and closing the alveolus of the lung zone is measured, in order to be able to improve especially artificial respiration.本発明は呼吸圧力に依存する肺胞開閉の局所測定法に関し、これによれば、電気インピーダンストモグラフィー法により、呼吸圧力による少なくとも1個所の肺ゾーンにおけるインピーダンス信号が測定される。肺ゾーンの肺胞の開閉は、特に人工呼吸を改善できるように測定される。
