The present invention provides a method to manufacture a surgical guide for implant by using a resin identifier, capable of improving the accuracy of implanting by obtaining an accurate oral image of a patient. The method includes: a first step of forming a resin matching part by curing a radiopaque resin adhesive, which is attached to the inside of the mouth of a patient in a semicircular form and includes a reinforcing adhesive layer, with light of a preset wavelength emitted from a light curing unit； a second step of recognizing a matching point to an image of the resin matching part displayed on an oral scan image and a CT image which are obtained in accordance with the inside of the mouth； a third step of obtaining a three-dimensional integrated image by matching the CT image with the oral scan image based on the matching point； and a fourth step of manufacturing a surgical guide by setting shape information of a fixing groove to match the shape of the outer profile inside the mouth, which is displayed in the three-dimensional integrated image, and setting position information of a guide hole in accordance with a preset implanting position.피시술자의 구강 내부에 대한 이미지를 정확하게 획득하여 임플란트 시술의 정밀성이 향상되도록, 본 발명은 피시술자의 구강 내부에 반구형으로 부착되되 보강접착층이 형성된 방사선 불투과성 레진 접착제가 광중합기로부터 방출된 기설정된 파장의 광에 의해 경화되어 레진정합부가 형성되는 제1단계； 상기 구강 내부에 대응하여 획득된 CT 촬영 이미지 및 오랄스캔 이미지에 각각 표시된 레진정합부 이미지에 정합점이 인식되는 제2단계； 상기 정합점을 기초로 상기 CT 촬영 이미지 및 상기 오랄스캔 이미지가 영상 정합되어 3차원 통합 이미지가 획득되는 제3단계； 및 상기 3차원 통합 이미지에 표시된 상기 구강 내부의 외면 프로파일에 형합되도록 고정홈부의 형상 정보가 설정되되 기설정된 임플란트 식립위치에 따라 가이드홀의 위치 정보가 설정되어 서지컬 가이드가 제조되는 제4단계를 포함하는 구강 내부 부착용 레진식별자를 사용한 임플란트용 서지컬 가이드 제조방법을 제공한다.
