The present invention relates to a device for drying agricultural and marine products, which comprises a main body having an accommodating space therein and an air circulation path formed by a separation wall, which is mounted at one inner side of the accommodating space to separate at least a part of the accommodating space vertically, to circulate inner air between the upper and lower parts of the accommodating space； a first direction converting part for converting the direction of the inner air circulating through the air circulation path by being mounted at one inner side of the main body； and a heating means for heating the inner air circulating through the air circulation path by being mounted at one inner side of the main body. The present invention can improve the quality of an object to be dried by drying the object uniformly through a structure for converting the direction of the air circulating through the inside of the drying device. Further, working time can be reduced by converting the direction of air circulating through the inside of the drying device so that the position of the object dried in the drying device needs not to be adjusted. In addition, energy can be saved since only a small amount of energy is used for increasing the temperature of supplied air through the heat exchange between the air exhausted from the inside of the drying device and the air supplied into the drying device.본 발명은 농수산물 건조장치에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 수용공간이 형성되고, 상기 수용공간의 내부 일측에 설치되어 상기 수용공간의 적어도 일부를 상하로 분리하는 격벽에 의해 상기 수용공간의 상부와 하부 간에 내부공기가 순환하는 공기순환로가 형성된 본체 및 상기 본체 내부 일측에 설치되어 상기 공기순환로를 순환하는 내부공기의 방향을 전환하는 제 1 방향전환부 및 상기 본체 내부 일측에 설치되어 상기 공기순환로를 통해 순환되는 내부공기를 가열하는 가열수단을 포함하여 이루어진다.상기와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 건조장치 내부에서 순환하는 공기의 방향을 전환시키는 구조를 제공하여 피건조물을 균일하게 건조시킴으로써, 건조되는 피건조물의 품질이 향상되는 효과가 있다.또한, 건조장치 내부에서 순환하는 공기의 방향을 전환시킴으로 인해 건조장치 내부에서 건조되는 피건조물의 배치를 조정할 필요가 없어 이에 따른 작업시간을 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.또한, 건조장치 내부에서 배출되는 배기와 건조장치 내부로 공급되는 급기의 열교환을 통해 급기의 온도를 높이는데 작은 량의 에너지를 사용하게 되어 에너지 절감의 효과가 있
