One embodiment of the present invention relates to a tension roller, including a pressing roller installed on the lower part of a transfer roller of the carriage moved along a pipe installed on the upper part of a plastic greenhouse to prevent the transfer roller from being out of the pipe when the roller is transferred, and a carriage including the same. According to the present invention, the tension roller comprises: a rectangular frame (10) and one side link (20) and the other side link (30) connecting a shaft part (31) to both sides of a cross section of the frame (10) with respect to one side rotation center hole (11) of the frame (10) to be integrally rotated. One end of the one side link (20) is connected to the rotary center hole (11) and the other end is disposed on the lower part of the frame (10) to allow a pressing roller (40) to be disposed on a front side. Moreover, one end of the other side link (30) is connected to the rotary center hole (11) and the other end includes a pressing plate (32) with a long hole (320) formed on the upper part of the cross section of the frame (10). The pressing plate (32) of the other side link (30) has a coupling device (60) installed perpendicular to the cross section of the frame (10) with respect to the long hole (320), so a spring (50) is interposed between the upper surface of the frame (10) and the pressing plate (32).
