The present invention provides a blood purifying column which decreases the blood capacity to below 10 mL, while suppressing the risk of blocking of a blood flowing tube and making it possible to perform a winding operation by hand labour. The present invention provides a blood purifying column, which comprises: a cylinder a first header having a first blood runner a second header having a second runner an adsorbing support a first end plate a second end plate and a blood flowing tube where an aditus was set, one end of the blood flowing tube was connected to the first blood runner, while the other end was clogged the first end plate was mounted in the manner of sticking with the inner wall of the cylinder, between the outer wall of the second end plate and the inner wall of the cylinder a gap was set, the ratio of the outer diameter of the cross section perpendicular to a length direction of the blood flowing tube (D1) to the inner diameter of the cross section perpendicular to a length direction of the cylinder (D2) is 0.35 to 0.50, and the blood capacity is 6 to 10 mL.
