An x-ray imaging device is equipped with: a C-arm (4) formed in a C-shaped arc, and capable of sliding along the arc direction； an x-ray generation unit (6) held on one end of the C-arm (4), and an x-ray detection unit (7) held on the other end of the C-arm (4) so as to face the x-ray generation unit (6)； and a first rotating shaft (8) affixed to the ceiling section inside the chamber in which the C-arm (4) is positioned, and capable of rotating the C-arm (4) with the center of rotation thereof being an axial center which is the vertical line in the vertical direction at the center of the affixing location.La présente invention porte sur un dispositif d'imagerie par rayons X qui est équipé de : un bras en C (4) sous forme d'un arc en forme de C et apte à coulisser le long de la direction d'arc ； une unité de génération de rayons X (6) maintenue sur une extrémité du bras en C (4), et une unité de détection de rayons X (7) maintenue sur l'autre extrémité du bras en C (4) de manière à être tournée vers l'unité de génération de rayons X (6) ； et un premier axe tournant (8) fixé à la section de plafond à l'intérieur de la chambre dans laquelle le bras en C (4) est positionné, et apte à faire tourner le bras en C (4) ayant le centre de rotation de celui-ci qui est un centre axial qui est la ligne verticale dans la direction verticale au centre de la position de fixation.Ｃ形の円弧状に形成され、円孤方向に沿ってスライド可能とされるＣアーム（４）と、Ｃアーム（４）の一端側に保持されるＸ線発生部（６）とＣアーム（４）の他端側にＸ線発生部（６）に対向させて保持されるＸ線検出部（７）と、Ｃアーム（４）を設置される室内の天井部に固定するとともに、固定箇所の中心における鉛直方向の垂線を軸心とする場合に、軸心を回転中心としてＣアーム（４）を回転させることを可能とする第１回転軸（８）とを備える。
