[Solution] An incontinence pad (1) in which an absorbent (4) enclosed by a covering sheet (5) is interposed between a liquid-permeable surface sheet (3) and a back sheet (2), and left-right symmetrical embossing (10, 10) is formed on a face side of the liquid-permeable surface sheet (3). The overlap part (9) in which the lateral parts of the covering sheet (5) are superposed on each other is provided along a longitudinal direction on a surface side of the absorbent (4), and the embossing (10) on one side among the left-right symmetrical embossing (10, 10) is applied so that the vertically-directed length thereof overlapping with the overlap part (9) is in a range of 70% or more of the longitudinally-directed length (LS) of the overlap part (9), and in a range of 10% or more of the width-directed length (WS) of the overlap part (9).
