The present invention relates to a method for offering a health beverage with fermented wood-cultivated ginseng which has the taste suitable for various preferences of consumers and also helps health of the consumers as consumers&prime interest in health increases by mixing wood-cultivated ginseng used as a main ingredient and wild grass ingredients and performing a fermenting process and a low-temperature aging process, wherein the wild grass ingredients comprise Angelica gigas Nakai, Acanthopanax sessiliflorum Seeman, Paeonia lactiflora, Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fischer, Pueraria montana var. lobata, and Cinnamomum cassia Blume. Accordingly, the present invention can provide a health beverage with fermented wood-cultivated ginseng which satisfies both healthfulness and palatability for consumers and allows consumers to take wood-cultivated ginseng at reasonable prices. A manufacturing method of a health beverage with fermented wood-cultivated ginseng comprises the steps of: a) mixing 15-30 parts by weight of wood-cultivated ginseng and wild grass ingredients that comprise 2-5 parts by weight of Angelica gigas Nakai, 3-5 parts by weight of Acanthopanax sessiliflorum Seeman, 2-3 parts by weight of Paeonia lactiflora, 1-3 parts by weight of Rehmanniae Radix Preparata, 3-10 parts by weight of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fischer, 3-5 parts by weight of Pueraria montana var. lobata, and 1-5 parts by weight of Cinnamomum cassia Blume with respect to 100 parts by weight of water, washing a mixed ingredient of the wood-cultivated ginseng and the wild grass ingredients, and drying the mixed ingredient so that the water content of the mixed ingredient becomes 40-60% b) cutting the mixed ingredient of the wood-cultivated ginseng and the wild grass ingredients into 50 mm or less in length c) decocting the mixed ingredient which has been cut at 70-120°C for 8-12 hours to extract a decoction d) putting the decoction which has been extracted into a fermentor
