The present invention relates to a magnetic nano-vector for transferring nucleic acids specific to liver cells and magnetic resonance imaging and, more specifically, to a magnetic nano-vector which performs simultaneously the function of a vector having a complex structure of the compound for transferring ASGPr-binding ligand-cell, which includes magnetic nano carrier having magnetic nanoparticles binding to asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPr)-binding ligands and a nucleic acid structure to be absorbed selectively by liver cells to perform the transfection and transformation by the nucleic acid; and the evaluation of the specificity to liver cells by using a magnetic resonance imaging device.본 발명은 간세포 특이적 핵산 전달 및 자기공명영상용 자성 나노벡터에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 ASGPr(asialoglycoprotein receptor) 결합성 리간드와 결합하는 자성나노입자를 포함하는 자성 나노전달체 및 핵산 구조체를 포함하는 ASGPr 결합성 리간드-세포전달용 화합물의 복합 구조로 간세포에 선택적으로 흡수되어 핵산에 의한 형질 도입/변환이 가능한 벡터의 역할과 자기공명영상장치(MRI)를 이용한 간세포 특이성 평가가 동시에 가능한 자성 나노벡터에 관한 것이다.
