PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite nonwoven fabric for plaster agents that exhibits barrier properties enough to reduce volatilization of medicines and a uniform medicine-holding layer and thus has excellent anchoring effects for a pressure-sensitive adhesive agent containing a medicine and can reduce adsorption of the medicine, and its manufacturing method.
SOLUTION: The composite nonwoven fabric for plaster agents comprises a polyester film and, integrally laminated thereon, a fiber layer made of a polyester fiber having a fiber length of at most 15 mm, where the film is bonded to the fiber layer by an unstretched polyester fiber in a fiber web including the unstretched polyester fiber and disposed between the film and the fiber layer. The method of manufacturing the composite nonwoven fabric for plaster agents includes laminating the film and the fiber layer via the fiber web and heating the thus-obtained laminate under pressurized conditions to bond the film to the fiber layer by the unstretched polyester fiber thereby integrally laminating the film and the fiber layer.
