According to an embodiment of the present invention, a device for connecting an application program after identifying the excited state of a user through a keyboard comprises: a biosignal measuring keyboard for collecting and measuring biosignals of a user； an analyzing unit for analyzing emotion of a user based on the biosignal of the user collected by the biosignal measuring keyboard, and quantitatively determining the excited state of the user based on the analyzed emotions of the user； and a control unit for conducting at least one among warning the user through a pop-up window or sounds, limiting of making a comment of the user, prohibiting writing of a specific document and limiting of operation of a specific program when the excited state of the user exceeds a fixed level. Therefore, the device for connecting an application program analyzes the emotional state of a user, and when the user is in the excited state exceeding a fixed level, forcibly prevents the user from making a comment, thereby preventing the user from making a comment in the excited state or keeping the user alert of making a comment by warning the user through a pop-up window or a warning sound.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명의 일 실시예에 의한 키보드를 통한 사용자 흥분 상태 파악 후 응용 프로그램 연계 장치는, 사용자의 생체 신호를 수집하여 계측하기 위한 생체 신호 계측 키보드； 상기 생체 신호 계측 키보드에 의해 수집된 사용자의 생체 신호에 기반하여 사용자의 감정을 분석하고 분석된 사용자의 감정에 기반하여 사용자의 흥분 상태를 정량적으로 결정하기 위한 분석부； 및 사용자의 흥분 상태가 일정 수준 이상인 경우 사용자에게 팝업이나 음성을 통해 경고하는 것, 사용자의 댓글 입력을 제한하는 것, 특정 문서의 작성을 금지하는 것 및 특정 프로그램의 구동을 제한하는 것 중 적어도 하나를 수행하기 위한 제어부를 포함하여, 사용자의 감정 상태를 분석하여 사용자가 일정 수준 이상의 흥분 상태인 경우 강제적으로 사용자가 댓글을 입력하지 못하도록 하여 사용자가 흥분 상태에서 댓글을 작성하지 못하도록 하거나 사용자에게 팝업이나 경고음으로 경고하여 사용자가 댓글 작성에 경각심을 갖도록 할 수 있다.
