PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet manufacturing device capable of efficiently manufacturing tablets in a uniform shape.SOLUTION: A plurality of powder holding cylinders 8 for which a moist powder is filled and held in the inside are arrayed at an interval larger than the outer diameter. A table 2 with a plurality of mold cavities 4 of the same diameter as the inner diameter of the powder holding cylinder 7 on positions opposite to the lower part of the respective powder holding cylinders 8 is provided. The moist powder W is extruded from the inside of the powder holding cylinder 8 to the mold cavity 4 opposite to the powder holding cylinder 8 by a filling rod 12 and is pressurized and filled inside the mold cavity. The powder holding cylinder 8 and the table 2 are relatively moved by a moving means and the moist powder W in the mold cavity 4 is sheared by the distal end edge of the powder holding cylinder 8.
