Disclosed is a device for inserting a stent, which can insert a stent into a bile duct, a bladder, or the like by using endoscopic ultrasound (EUS). The device includes: an inner guide tube； a punching member joined with a front end portion of the inner guide tube； a pressing member which maintains the constant distance from the punching member and is joined with the inner guide tube； the stent arranged between the punching member and the pressing member and on an outer circumference of the inner guide tube； and an outer guide tube provided to the outer circumference of the inner guide tube. The punching member is formed in the shape of a cone or a polypyramid. The distance from the center line in the lengthwise direction of the punching member to an outer side of the punching member decreases as the centerline gets close to an front end.본 발명은 내시경 초음파(EUS； Endoscopic Ultrasound)를 이용하여 담관, 담낭 등에 스텐트를 삽입할 수 있는 스텐트 삽입장치를 개시한다. 본 발명의 스텐트 삽입장치는 인너 안내관, 인너 안내관의 선단부에 결합되는 천공부재, 천공부재와 일정한 간격을 유지하여 인너 안내관에 결합되는 가압부재, 천공부재와 가압부재 사이 및 인너 안내관의 외주에 배치되는 스텐트, 그리고 인너 인내관의 외주에 제공되는 아웃터 안내관을 포함하며,천공부재는 원뿔 또는 다각형의 뿔 모양으로 이루어지며 길이 방향의 중심선을 기준으로 선단부측으로 갈수록 상기 중심선에서 외측까지의 거리가 작게 이루어진다.
